So my dear blogger friends, I'll be visiting New York City in a week, and I'd like to hear some of your suggestions on what to do, where to go, and food to eat! I pretty much have an itinerary, but I'd like to see some off the beaten track places. If you have any suggestions throw them my way!
I'm so excited!!!
This is so excitiiiiing! I've been to The Big Apple last year, but we did all the tourist-y things as it was only our first time visiting :) I personally loved going to Staten Island on the free ferry. You have the most amazing view on the new Twin Towers they're building, and the whole skyline in general, from on the water. Plus, the ferry comes pretty close to the Statue of Liberty. You'll need a zoom on your camera to get a decent picture, but it's about as close as you can get ^^ xo
ReplyDeleteOh wait... I believe I red in the paper that the statue is open to visitors again? So maybe you can even get on the island itself :) I have no idea if the boats to the island of liberty are also free or not though :) x
ReplyDeleteIf you like pretty fabric you should go to the Purl if you find yourself in Soho. I thought Eataly was a fun dining experience. I love NYC have a wonderful time!
ReplyDeleteI've never been to NYC but I watch Project Runway and I always say if I ever go to NYC I'm going to Mood.
